Q: WHY should I register as a user?
A: Only registered users can place FREE Classified Ads, send e-mails to businesses, and register their business with Temecula Online.

A: Anyone!

Q: Does it cost anything to register as a user?
A: No! It does not cost you a penny to register as a user.

Q: How do I register?
A: To register, click on the "Register" button at the very top of the home page. Enter a username, a password, the same password again, your real name, and your e-mail address. Click "Register". You will then receive an e-mail to the address that you entered. This e-mail will be titled "New User Account Activation" from Temecula Online. You will be asked to click on a link which will take you to Temecula Online. (Please note: If you click on this link more than one time, you will receive an error message and will not be able to login). Here, you will see a message that says "Thank You. Your account has now been activated." Congratulations! You are now a registered user. Please be sure to write down your username and password and keep for easy reference.

Q: I have already registered as a user. Now how do I login?
A: To login, click "Login" at the very top of the homepage. Enter your username and password and click "Login".

Q: I did not receive the confirmation email after registering. What should I do?
A: First, If you have a spam blocker, please make sure that you have added info@temeculaonline.net to your list of allowable e-mails. Second, send us an e-mail and let us know that you didn't receive the e-mail. Include your username so that the administrator can find your account. You will then be sent instructions via e-mail.

Q: I've sent an e-mail to Temecula Online but did not receive a reply. Why?
A: Temecula Online tries very hard to reply to any and all e-mails as soon as possible (usually within a 24 hour period). If you do not receive a response within that time, please resend your e-mail. As good as our technology is these days, there are still problems. If you still do not receive a response, please feel free to call us at 561-329-5569. One other thing you might check...be sure that you have Temecula Online's e-mail address included in your spam blocker "allowed addresses" list.
